I experienced very bad customerservice when I called in for my Quietcomfort 15, out of warranty. Headbend cushion is disassembling and the material itself is going to pieces. But Bose's customer service offers Zero repair option. Only exchange for 199 bucks. Bu the way, ear cushions are offered for 34 dolars. I prefer to purchase a Sennheiser next time. Even Sony has better service and cheaper exchanges. Disappointed.

I went through a similar situation and was told that i need to deal with UPS and file a police report for a STOLEN item. I explained that i wouldnt file a false police report because i dont know what happened.

I asked to speak with a Manager and he was rude, unprofessional and lacks of people skills. These were some of his comments: "Your climbing the wrong tree. You need to ocntact UPS. You need to Contact UPS and spelled the name "U P S.

We're Bose. B O S E.

He refused to give his name and hang up on me.

Your absolutely correct my friend. I was a Bose Technical Support rep for 7 years, until Bose laid us ALL off this past spring and shipped our jobs overseas to unqualified, untrained slaves in the Philippians.

You are correct about one hand not knowing what the other does, when we placed orders for customers, it would show in stock levels, but come to find out that info was not updated or correct. Things like cushions and remotes would be on back order all the time, with no notice to us as employees, you think they are going to tell you the customer?

Ha, they don't care about you, and they don't care about their employees, only the bottom line. Do yourself a favor, and don't buy from them for any reason, the products have been subpar and faulty since about 2012

That's because Bose got rid of all their real tech support reps in May, I know, I was one of them. They laid us all off and outsources our jobs over seas.

Most likely your problem is software related.

1. does your system have a cd player in it? if so, your in luck, you just need a software update. 2.

if it was built before 2009, it needs the software update, and if you don't have a cd built in, there is no way to update it, sorry.

you also may just need to put the system in Bluetooth mode. You click the AUX button on the wave remote twice. Could also be you need to place the system in pairing mode, which involves pushing and holding down the #5 button on the remote for a few seconds until the Bluetooth adapter begins flashing.

If Bose still had real tech support reps, like me and my co workers who were their 10 plus years, This would have been resolved for you in 1 phone call. Now, I doubt you will get anybody there that can help you with something like that, the scabs overseas just are not trained in these products, and they never will be.

Purchased 2 headphones ( wife's ) total $300.00+ I returned to Bose and requested replacements since both stopped working. Received a call from Bose that they replaced a previous pair that was not working so they not replacing this pair? I informed Bose that they stopped working? I did not return the headphones to communicate with them. I just want the item to work as Bose advertises them to be. Bottom line Bose stood on the point that they just went past the warranty time and they were not going to send me a replacement. I assured them that I was very upset that they are refusing to stand behind their product and I would never purchase another Bose product. I highly suggest that one should explore the other options that are out there that are less expensive and the manufactor stands behind their product.
