I purchased a Sound system 20 and was very pleased--until Bose updated the app. I freely admit I am not a computer nerd nor do I want to be.

This new app is so user unfriendly that I cannot even turn the system on. When I called customer support it was suggested that I "take time and just play with it". I purchased the system to listen to it, not spend my time playing with it. I would return this in a second if possible.

At this point I have an expensive living room ornament.

I should emphasize that the original app was easy to use and we enjoyed Bose quality until the new and improved app came along. There was no choice but to upload it and since we have not been able to enjoy it on a consistent basis.

Preferred solution: Knowlegeable person to explain how operate system---OR make it possible to get the operating app I purchased.

I liked: Great sounding system.

I didn't like: New app makes using very difficult.
