I bought very expensive wireless earphones for $299 and the batteries stopped charging within a month of purchase I called Bose customer service 3 different times and each time they assured me they would send me an email with UPS return label to return the earphones and they would replace the earphones.They never sent any email at all!!!

(and no it wasnt in my junk mail) I also bought a set of headphones for my wife, and another set of earphones as a gift for a friend.

I am very sure I never want to deal with Bose again.This company makes themselves out to be a premier product with premier service, but actuall is pretty lousy product that fails quickly, and the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
