I purchased Bose Soundlink Color 2 speaker before Thanksgiving. It broke the day I opened the box so I returned the unit on December 6.

On December 15 Bose email stated that I could expect a shipping confirmation with tracking number within the next 5 days. Well I actually never did so I called Bose customer service on Dec 22. The initial response was that the same speaker would be out of stock until Feb. 2021.

I was certainly unhappy so asked to speak to a manager, who checked some other warehouses and offered the possibility of shipping replacement on Dec. 31 2020.

Ironically I noticed that same type of speaker with different color was in stock for sale on Bose website so I asked to exchange for that color. Unfortunately the response was that my replacement would still possibly be shipped on December 31 2020.

My impression is that Bose only cares about selling more units instead of serving customer with broken product...

User's recommendation: Avoid Bose speakers.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Bose Corporation Cons: Poor quality and customer support, Customer service.
