Customer Service or lack of

1 (80*) 379-**** Press or say one. Then you are told its an invalid entry. I will never by your product again. Because you do not stand by your products or your customers. DONE EPIC FAIL

User's recommendation: Don't by bose for any reason. Sound quality if it works is great but they don't have any customer service.

Customer Service

My Speaker wasn't pairing. After 40 minutes on the phone, they're going to "replace" it but I have to pay $90. They told me 8 was getting a "special" discount because they are $115 new. Then they told me it would be 4-6 weeks After they received my broken one. I protested and they decided to send it overnight mail.

Brand new unit not working and bose wants to repair instead of exchange/replace unit. I just received the unit today from UPS and Bose said they would repair a 4K unit.

CD won’t eject from player.

I Cant get my Bose player to eject the CD thats in it. It wont play either. It displays a message disc error. And sometimes the message is no disc. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?

Exchange program for new device.

I am happy to inform you that Bose has addressed my concerns and I will be getting a new device through their exchange program. Discounted the item with the return of my Bose that no longer works.

Lifestyle 600 down for 6 months and no service from Bose

Sir, Madam, 1.My Bose Lifestyle 600 is not working for past 6 months. 2.I have sent many reminders and still Bose has not replied or solved the problem. 3.The Service Request No is 99120 0****. 4.On August 23rd, you sent a demand for 10, 699 Rs 5.I have paid it on Sept 4th. ref. attached bank advice below. 6.I am shocked that Bose is not sending the Remote or fixing the problem. 7.As a result, the Bose Lifestyle 600 is NOT working for past 6 months. 8.I am giving you time till 14.11.21 as a last option. 9.If you do not fix the problem before this date, I will take legal action. 10.I am also going to post this bad Bose service level in Social Media to protect others. Hearing aid return

Did not care for the product. Decided I did not to wear off the shelf hearing aids. Also, decided that hearing aids arent for me

Faulty product

I have one wireless headphone from Bose which was gifted to me on last year but since from the start one end didn't have any sound, raised so many complaints but didn't help. They did push my warranty and now saying its over so no support Shame on bose.

NO RESPONSE FROM BOSE

Not heard anything from Bose corporation regarding my concern. We have been waiting for a month. No replies to emails and not even a call back. We have to start spreading the word , not to buy any bose products from India. Also will have to declare the same on social media, due to the pathetic after sails service of such a niche brand. Order status and copy of order

I have no complaint with Bose Corporation. With just one phone call, I was able to talk with Trixie and totally and completely resolve the issue. I am totally satisfied and happy that Trixie reached out to me and resolved my issue. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service received and resolution of my situation.

Unsupportive Customer Care / Installation

I had bought a LifeStyle 650 HT on 04 Mar 21 in Bengaluru, India. Now, I have moved to a new location in India, due to job requirements, which is not a Metro city. So, I need my HT to be reinstalled at new location. But your India Customer Care is saying that it is not possible to send someone at my new location for installation. In that case, you should issue an advisory publicly and inform customers at the time of purchase, that, you will not be able to provide support to places other than Metros. So that customers can take/make informed decisions whether to buy your products or not.

Bad service in india

I am sending repeatedly mails to bose for support of my remote replacement . No proper reply no support . I thought bose is a reputed company and it value its customer. pls advise me what to do with my bose cinemate 130, should I drop it in scrap or ....... Im on my second Bose sport earbuds. The first pair died completely within 1 year. The second pair has charging issues and is missing a rubber volume button. So .. I have had issues with both and I wanted to get a new rubber button but apparently thats not possible and Bose wanted to sell me yet another pair. No go! Im buying another pair.
