I purchased noise-canceling headphones and when they arrived at my house the box was damaged and the headphones were smashed. I called customer service and no one was able to help me. I was offered a refund after they they filed an investigation with UPS. When I asked if they could over-night a new pair of headphones and honor the sale price I paid for, they said no and that I could wait for the next sale to make my purchase again. What an awful experience. This would never happen with a company with reliable customer service like Amazon.

I called for 6 hours yesterday, were you closed? I have been calling for 31/2 hours today, are you closed? I have been waiting for an escalated call back for 2 days. If you are closed, please put a message on your phones, common courtesy. I think your support is terrible. What happened to calling me back in 24 hours. I feel very angry about the escalated issue.

purchased a portable bluetooth speaker (SoundLink), $99, Volume +/- never worked. Called technical support, after many enquisitive questions (name, address, email etccc.) they offered me to replace my speaker with a working used one for `$75 Had a very hard time understand the agent (too many other ones around her).

Product, headphones, died after 60 days. They sent replacement which was even worse than original failure! They sent new cords. Did not help. This has all taken weeks! MeanWhile I’m paying for no product. Finally they’ll accept product for refund, but I will wait 4-6 weeks for refund check! DO NOT EVER BUY DIRECT FROM BOSE EVER!!

I personally love Bose products, however am disappointed with my last purchase. This makes my 2nd bluetooth. First one lasted years. I bought the Bose soundport bluetooh and can hear perfect on it, but no one can hear me any longer. Havent even had it one year yet. These are too costly just to run out and replace. Very disappointing!
